We confirm available evidence, collection frequency, and deployment options separately for each retailer before rollout. Monitoring a listing does not mean groRetail can write to that channel.
Before you get started
Are the same features available for every retailer?
No. Listing evidence, assessments, and deployment options depend on the retailer and the supported connection. Your quote identifies the scope for each retailer, including any limits.
How are approved changes deployed?
Updates are made manually through your authorized retailer tools unless a supported, authorized API connection is available and included in your rollout. Changes require explicit approval. Record manual updates in groRetail, then check later listing evidence to verify the tracked issues.
How often is listing evidence refreshed?
Collection frequency is agreed for each retailer and source. Coverage is not guaranteed to be real-time; use the observation date to understand how current the evidence is.
Do we need CitePulse?
No. groRetail is a standalone product. A CitePulse connection is optional and scoped separately in your agreement.
